Beaver EcoWorks CF15 treatment trailer deployed at an industrial facility at sunset
Technology

Advanced technology in a plug-and-play package.

Beaver EcoWorks modular treatment trailer staged in a clean factory bay
The deployable unit

Highly modular, highly deployable.

Trailer-based or container-based — our system goes where needed, reaching initial operating capability in a matter of hours to days.

Technology

Three pillars. One configurable train.

Engineered cores tuned to the actual chemistry — not a single fixed machine.

Tech pillar · 01

Advanced Oxidation Process

AOP reactors generate hydroxyl radicals that break down recalcitrant organics — solvents, surfactants, emerging contaminants — without the hazardous sludge byproduct that bedevils older treatment trains. Reactor geometry, residence time, and oxidant dose are configured to the influent.

  • Hydroxyl-radical chemistry tuned to contaminant class
  • Configurable reactor sizing for variable flow
  • Compatible with pretreatment and polishing stages

Ultrafine Bubble Injection

Ultrafine bubble systems deliver enhanced gas–liquid mass transfer for oxidation, aeration, and biofilm management. The bubbles persist in solution far longer than conventional aeration, which translates to more usable oxidant per kWh of energy.

  • High gas-transfer efficiency at low energy cost
  • Effective for biofouling and odor management
  • Works as a side-stream or in-line treatment

Advanced Controls

Inline sensors, PLC logic, and remote telemetry close the loop on every dose. Operators see real-time chemistry and flow; the system trims set points autonomously and surfaces anomalies before they become excursions.

  • Continuous sensing of flow, chemistry, and effluent quality
  • Autonomous dosing with operator-set guardrails
  • Remote monitoring, alerting, and trend analysis
